1.        Three groups of UV lamps are controlled independently, There are three choice for the UV intensity separately are half, 3/4 and full power, which can prolong the life of the lamp and save energy. It also shows the irradiance intensity and the using life timely.

Each lamp independently has its exhaust system (one group), run automatically, save energy and effectively control the inside temperature.

The inside temperature is inspected multipointly, if the temperature is abnormal the machine will stop automatically, as well as cover will lift automatically.

4.        

It has conveyer belt rectify a deviation system, with adsorption, use imported TEFION belt.

5.        

The conveying speed is adjusted frequency conversion, the max is up to 60m/minute.

6.        

Whole machine is controlled by PLC.
